mp3gain software package provides Lossless mp3 normalizer with statistical analysis, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mp3gain
mp3gain is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mp3gain package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mp3gain *
You will get with mp3gain package name, version, architecture and description in a table
